All people with type 1 diabetes are eligible to access subsidised CGM and Flash GM products through the NDSS

If you need help with deciding on which product to use or need a form completing:

  •  If I have seen you in the last 6 months then once you hear from NDSS email me and let me know what CGMS you want to use
  • If I have not seen you in the last 6 months you will need to make an appointment so I can discuss CGMS and complete the form required – can email first if you want
  • If I have never met you,  you will need to make an appointment to come in to discuss CGMS and complete form required.   

Maggie offers diabetes services for all and specialises in type 1 diabetes.

  • NDSS registration
  • Insulin commencement and ongoing management,
  • Pre – conception planning for people living with diabetes,
  • Gestational diabetes – education and ongoing management,
  • Insulin pump therapy education – pump preparation, upgrades and new pump starts,
  • ongoing management and education,
  • Smart meters / app on phone – to assist with managing insulin when counting carbohydrates,
  • Freestyle libre Flash glucose monitoring system – set up and interpretation
  • Continuous Glucose Monitoring – education, interpretation
